200	exclusion of the press and public RESOLVED: (1) That under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, as amended, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.

201	review of complaint no. sbc 012/11 The Sub-Committee determined that this matter should be referred to the Monitoring Officer to investigate whether there had been a breach of the Code of Conduct. RESOLVED: (1) That the complaint be referred to the Monitoring Officer for investigation and that evidence, as specified, be obtained to assist the Sub-Committee in considering whether the identity of the complainant should be withheld from the subject member.
